Four Years TODAY!!!

Today, Clay and I celebrated our four year anniversary. This day four years, the first day of deer season, was one of the most beautiful days of my life. I will always remember that day and the day our son was born. What memories. Yes, Clay and I got married on the first day of deer season and you would have thought my family was going to have a heart attack. Everyone showed up, maybe not dressed in wedding attire but they were there. Some in camo, some just out of the woods in orange. To top it all off, guess who game me away..... "her mother and I, and the Missouri Department of Conservation. Boy, did my dad get the crowd rollin. Anyway.... Love you Honey, you are my best friend and I love you soooo much!!

Weekend Update

I really wish I had my camera fixed.... :( Well our separation went really well. Brixon cried when we left, but by the time he and granny got back to the kitchen that was all she wrote. Brixon had a great time with Granny and papa. He got to ride the tractor and move hay bales, ride the lawn mower and go to the fish hatchery. He was really good they said. Now we really missed our little buddy, but had a good time as well. We went to SDC when we got there and was able to ride a few rides. Then the temperature dropped below 40 and caused several of the rides to shut down. So we leftw and was able to do some shopping. Actually that is about all we did this weekend. e did get what we were looking for..... a swing set. Brixon wants one really bad. So if he is good Santa might deliver :)

A weekend apart.

This weekend Clay and I will be traveling to Branson to celebrate our 4th anniversary. Clay is feeling a little under the weather so pray he gets to feeling better. Mr. Brixon will be staying the weekend with PaPa and Granny Barner. Tqhis will be the first time we have left him. Now we did leave him for a couple of days with Granny when he was three months old, but he didn't know to get upset, if you know what I mean. This could be tough on all of us. However, Brixon is excited to go see PaPa and Granny and show them his new haircut. He is also excited about riding the tractor and playing w/ beau, (their boston terrier). We will let you know how it goes. Have a wonderful weekend.
Love
